Our current shipping estimate for the United States, Canada, Australia, and Europe is 12-20 business days after the order has shipped. Our shipping estimates for all other countries ranges from two to four weeks depending on how remote the region is.

Refunds will be issued under the condition that the package is lost in transit or returned to us as a result of failed delivery.
