1. Do you ship internationally? How much is shipping?
Yes! XoKool ships to over 90 countries, including the United States, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, the Middle East, and parts of Asia, Africa, and South America. We offer FREE worldwide shipping to all eligible destinations, with transparent options at checkout.

2. Delivery Time
Once you place an order, it takes us 3–5 business days to process it before shipment. Shipping times vary by your location and item availability. We aim to deliver within 1–2 weeks. Estimated delivery times:

3. Where do you ship from?
XoKool partners with multiple fulfillment centers worldwide. We usually ship from the closest warehouse with stock. If not available, we ship from an alternate location to deliver as quickly as possible.
4. Late deliveries
All orders are fully tracked. If your order is delayed or appears lost, email info@xokool.com or Contact Us. We'll investigate and reship or refund per our policy when applicable.
5. Partial shipments
Items may ship separately if they come from different warehouses. You’ll receive tracking for each package.
6. Customs fees & import taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country. Please check with your local customs office for details.
7. Delivery for holidays & special occasions
Planning a gift? Please order well in advance. While we do our best, we cannot guarantee arrival by a specific date.

11. Restricted shipping
Certain destinations are unavailable due to carrier limitations, sanctions, or local import restrictions. We currently do not ship to:
- Sanctioned/embargoed countries: Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, Sudan, South Sudan.
- Conflict regions (within Ukraine): Crimea (Autonomous Republic of Crimea), Donetsk, and Luhansk regions. Note: We do ship to other areas of Ukraine listed above.
- Additional high-risk destinations: Yemen, Libya, Somalia, Afghanistan.
- Remote islands/territories with no carrier service: Ascension Island, Tristan da Cunha, Bouvet Island, Heard Island & McDonald Islands, French Southern Territories, South Georgia & the South Sandwich Islands, British Indian Ocean Territory, Pitcairn Islands, Niue, Tokelau.
- Address limitations: Expedited shipping isn’t available to P.O. Boxes. Some standard services to P.O. Boxes or military addresses may be limited by carrier.
